These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RNA website and participation
in our online educational masterclasses in the field of music and music business.
By registering for our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
 

  1. Registration and Payment:

    • By registering for an RNA masterclass, you are committing to pay the required fee within 7 days of receiving a confirmation notice, or no longer than 2 days before the service is provided, whichever comes earlier.

    • Payment must be made in the designated currency and through the approved payment methods provided by RNA.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • RNA reserves the right to cancel any services at any time. In the event of such cancellation, RNA will notify you promptly.

    • If you have already made payment for a canceled service, RNA will refund your money. However, any applicable credit fees, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, or other related charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  3. Intellectual Property:

    • All materials provided in RNA masterclasses, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, and discussions, are the intellectual property of RNA or its licensors.

    • You agree not to distribute, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of any materials obtained through RNA masterclasses without prior written consent from RNA.
